Raised in Haverhill,
Massachusetts, Joe
Pappalardo received an Associate Degree in Engineering
Science from Northern Essex Community College, a Bachelor's
Degree in Electrical Engineering with a Computer Science minor from
the University of Massachusetts,
a Higher Education Teaching Certificate in Computer Repair and Programming
from the State of Massachusetts. Through the early 1990's Joe worked days as an Engineer at a variety of
high tech firms along the 128 belt and taught night courses
at CPI in Boston.
Joe
started Advanced Access Incorporated in 1995, which
became Managed Information Services in 1999. His focus on designing
custom, Database Driven Applications for many well known Massachusetts companies and government
agencies. He
has obtained two patents and multiple copyrights along the way. As of 2008 he has sucessfully developed and implemented database applications as well as assisted in the design and installation of network infrastructure for many medium sized organizations.
He
enjoys boating, swimming, playing piano and spending time with family and friends.
He is an honorary member of the Salvation Army and a Big Brother.
